Los conductores que deben operar estas m\u00e1quinas deben ser aquellas personas que han demostrado responsabilidad, honestidad y buen trato a la maquinaria pesada. No queremos que siga aconteciendo las viejas pr\u00e1cticas del pasado, no queremos que las maquinarias se destruyan por malos manejos, no es ni ser\u00e1 admisible que los aperadores busquen sus provechos personales sobre los derechos fundamentales de la ciudadan\u00eda, sobre todo de aquellas personas que d\u00eda a d\u00eda con su trabajo en la tierra forjan el engrandecimiento de las ciudades y de todo un Estado\u00bb, puntualiz\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, resalt\u00f3 que los gobiernos parroquiales ser\u00e1n los veedores y fiscalizadores del buen uso de las maquinarias;
